Executive Committee Officers 2027–2028

Step forward. Lead with purpose. Strengthen our chapter.

The NUS Alumni Network Manila invites all passionate and committed alumni to participate in the leadership of our chapter by serving in the Executive Committee (ExCo) for the term 2027–2028.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

CHAIRPERSON

Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the chapter.

VICE CHAIRPERSON

Supports the Chairperson and co-leads initiatives and key programs.

SECRETARY

Oversees documentation, communications, and meeting administration.

TREASURER

Manages finances, budgeting, and financial reporting.

NOMINATIONS PROCESS

INTERESTED ALUMNI SUBMIT CV

Interested individuals submit their CV indicating the position they would like to be considered for.

RECOMMENDATION OF NEXT CHAIRPERSON

The outgoing ExCo recommends to the NUS Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) the next Chairperson.

APPROVAL BY OAR

Once approved by the OAR, the incoming Chairperson is formally appointed.

INCOMING CHAIRPERSON SELECTS THE REST OF THE OFFICERS

The incoming Chairperson will select the rest of the officers to complete his/her ExCo based on the CVs collected or from his/her own set of alumni network.

ENDORSEMENT & ANNOUNCEMENT

The complete ExCo is endorsed by the OAR and announced to the alumni community.
